Mathieu Louvet is a globally experienced cybersecurity and risk management leader, currently heading Cyber Defense at BCV (Banque Cantonale Vaudoise). With over 16 years of success driving security innovation across global enterprises, Mathieu blends deep technical expertise with strategic leadership to build high-performing teams and future-ready cyber programs. Certified GIAC GCTI and ISO 27005, Mathieu’s expertise spans Threat Intelligence, Incident Response, Vulnerability Management, and Enterprise Risk Management — all underpinned by a passion for automation and intelligence-driven decision making. Prior to BCV, Mathieu held leadership roles at Philip Morris International, Samsung Electronics, and Wavestone, delivering security transformation initiatives across Europe and Asia. At PMI, he envisioned and built a global threat intelligence-driven cyber defense capability, aligning proactive risk management with business priorities. At Samsung, he pioneered the security framework for Smart TV cloud services and launched the company’s first Bug Bounty program for IoT products, bridging the gap between product security and external researcher collaboration. Known for his ability to tackle complex strategic challenges, Mathieu excels at designing innovative solutions from the ground up, fostering a culture of collaboration, and empowering diverse teams to deliver measurable business impact.
