In this keynote, I challenge how we think about innovation in cybersecurity. Many organisations believe they are innovating when they implement capabilities like SOCs, SIEM platforms, backup or cyber insurance. In reality, these are often incremental improvements.

Drawing on my experience running global infrastructure and cybersecurity, I explore the difference between incremental and radical innovation. The real challenge is not asking “Do we have this capability?”, but “How far can we push it?
